During this time, we are being asked to let go of things just as the leaves are leaving the trees. This is a very deep transformative time, making us turn inward to face shadows, fears, doubts and low shadow emotions that we haven’t dealt with in a while things that might’ve come up during the year that we bottled up that we are being forced to recognize and release. This is also a very big time of color changing, the leaves are changing and the earth is changing from green to brown red yellow. It’s just as we are changing and turning into our winter forms. This is a great time to cultivate and renew ourselves for the winter and the hermit season that we are being faced with.
