Celestial Sound Bath & Breathwork - Sunday, May 28th 4-5 pm

Take a deep dive into this 1 hour celestial sound bathing experience. 

Lead by Lisa with Genius Loci, this breathwork session combines the practice of ancient rhythmic breathing, spacial energy work, hypnotherapy and music. Designed for both single and group sessions to give a powerful and transformational experience. The practice balances the brain and nervous system, clears out stuck emotional energy, expands insight/intuition, and begins to reprogram the subconscious messaging of the mind. A very powerful session for those looking to do subconscious and physical healing within the body.

Soundbaths are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective. A Soundbath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture your mind and body. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, and explore a deeper sense of self-inquiry and self-discovery.
