Full Moon & Soundbath

Come along and allow yourself to be bathed in the sacred sound vibrations under the glowing full moon.  Sound bathing will enable you to move into a deeply meditative state through which you can repair and restore yourself. This experience is designed to guide you on a beautiful journey inward, that will awaken your senses through guided movement followed by sound bathing to the vibrations of crystal bowls, gong, drum, and more.  Synchronize the rhythms of your being to the rhythm of the moon in this Full Moon sound bath experience.  You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed, and illuminated. 

What to bring… Pillow and blanket for added comfort.  Eye cover will be provided or bring your own!
