Immerse yourself in motivating music as our experienced instructors guide you through intense cardio intervals and strength-building challenges on stationary bikes. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned cyclist, this class is designed to push your limits and boost your fitness journey. Get ready to pedal towards a healthier, stronger you! The Cycle Studio room is dark and blacklight-lit, allowing you to tune out what’s going on around you and tune in to what you need. We want every rider to leave with an elevated view of themselves and what they’re capable of. Because of the nature and intensity of this class, it is strongly advised that you always keep your body's cues as the most important ones in the room. Listen to your body's strong cues to slow down, take a break, sip some water or do things at your own pace and fitness level. This class, and all classes at The Space, are "at your own risk".. Please let the instructor know before class time if this is your first time in a spin class, as well as any questions or concerns. Your instructor can help you properly adjust your bike seat, handlebars and foot straps if needed. The Space is a place that honors each individual and encourages them to engage in class with their own fitness comfort levels in mind. We also recommend that you bring a water bottle and sweat towel! SPIN ON.
