Her beautiful teaching style is gentle and accepting of all those who desire to explore the mat and their internal peace. She demonstrates this throughout her practice with affirmations like, “Today, I have so much to be thankful for.” "I truly believe things happen for a reason, and when one door closes, another one opens… just a year and a half ago I injured my back, which made me reevaluate my fast-paced workouts and lifestyle, in general. My injury really forced me to slow down. To get back in shape, I decided to start on the mat with some yoga stretches, and so that is what I have been practicing every day since! I fell in love, not only with the exercise and stretches, but even more so with the meditation part of the practice. I found that there is something so powerful about just being on the mat and moving with my breath. …and I’d love to share that with you! My yoga is a gentle yoga focused on a stretching and breathing. My goal is for each one of you to leave my class relaxed and balanced, just as you would after a day at the spa. Other than being a passionate •yogini•, Anna is a full time wedding and portrait photographer. She's married to her high school sweetheart and is a mom of two awesome kids! In her spare time, she enjoys playing piano, paddle boarding, camping, hiking and biking... anything outdoors. "I hope to see you on the mat soon!
