There is an intentional progreso from warm-up to cool-down, and a highly effective workout in between. Whether you enjoy yoga, HIIT, lifting weights, or any other form of exercise, this total body tone workout has something to offer. I am originally from the NW side of Chicago and received my training in Charleston, SC where I lived most recently for 5 years. My yoga practice and teaching style is heavily focused on the Pranayama. One of our most valuable resources is our attention, and Yoga is an amazing outlet to harness that attention. Yoga has been a blessing in my life, and my goal as an instructor is to help create an environment that others can find the same. My motto… Practice makes progress”
