Description

(See Calendar for Weekly Class Times) This is a low impact, high intensity, full body workout. We go through different series on the mat making sure we hit every muscle group for a full body burn. Resistance bands may be used to intensify the burn, other than that this is a body weight workout designed to tone & strengthen your muscles!
