(See Calendar for Weekly Class Times) A very slow, deep connective tissue addressing practice that lets the muscles rest and allows for a much deeper stretch benefitting tendons, and ligaments. Benefits include Lubricating joints, increasing flexibility, and calming the mind and body. Expect a slow, peaceful practice ending with a gong in singing Bowls sound healing meditation.
